I have created my rc.firewall script to nat i wanted it to load on restart so i edited my rc.local. adding the line "./rc.firewall" to the bottom of the rc.local script. When i reboot the rc.firewall is not loaded, i have to load it manually. I can load the rc.local from the terminal after the boot and the script works fine. please help.
you might need to enter the full explicit path to rc.firewall instead of ./rc.firewall try /etc/rc.firewall or what ever the full path to it is. Also, check the permissions on rc.firewall. chmod 755 ./rc.firewall should do it.
