problem with mplayer


Hello
I have Successfully install mplayer by source code
but when i type gmplayer it shows me a message gui.conf not found
what do i do

pls help

Hi a couple of questions

did you
configure the build with --enable-gui
download a skin and install it in
~yourname/.mplayer/Skin/
or
/usr/local/share/mplayer/Skin/

install a font for the osd
~yourname/.mplayer/font/

These are most common reasons for the gui not working.
