playwave problem

Hi,
I use "playwave /home/toto.WAV" to play a wav file in Bash.
My problem is that, sometimes it works fine, well, i always get a warning like "warning: leaving MCOP Dispatcher and still 146 types alive." But sometimes it doesn't work at all, and I got following error message:
"Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)"

Can anyone tell me why and how to avoid the error?
Thanks!!

there are a huuuge number of hits for that error in google. did you look there first?

http://www.google.com/search?q=Fatal...chute+Deployed

basically looks like you want to update your SDL packages.
