1. Turn it on using the chkconfig utility:
chkconfig sshd on
(make sure that you can turn it on beforehand with: service sshd start)
2. If you just simply need to change who owns the files:
chown newuser filename
if you need more granular permisions, use chmod. If you want more info on chmod, you'll have to be more specific about what permissions you are trying to set up.
3. The mappings for the mouse buttons are usually in the /etc/X11/XF86Config file. Try doing a search here for your mouse model to get the exact settings that you need to put in the XF86Config file or just follow the link:
