i am a newb but couldn't you do something like

su root

yum list > packages.list

navigate to home directory and find file packages.list. Find the apt package name (most likely apt get)

then as root type

yum -y install apt get

you could also use yum -y update to update your current installed packages.

Yum will fix your dependency issues

Hope that helped
