Question my fedora server "sleeps" or goes into standby very fast. why?

Hi people,

i was wandering why my server goes into standby. it takes too long to wake up. every hour it is sleeping, ad if i try to make a http connection, my browsers just say: connection broken.

if i wait 5 minutes, then i can make a connection. the same for ssh and nfs.

somehow the server goes into sleep... but i can't imagine how... and why? for about 2 months it was not like this. i made a yum upgrade from FC4 to FC5.

i hope someone can help me!

thankx

legolin
