i did make a fresh fedora install, did manage do make dual boot with windows 10 too, all working fine.
i open my new fresh install and the mouse wont move, unplug the mouse and plug it again. it works..
restart pc: mouse wont move again. repeat unplug and plug, works fine.

basically every time i turn on my pc on fedora the mosue wont move, the dpi bottom and rgb works, but it wont move. (in both kernels not work properly)

what can i do so my fedora reads automatically my muse when it turns on ?

This might be a USB power management issue perhaps. You could try adding 'usbcore.autosuspend=-1' boot parameter to grub.
