You either need to install grub2 in Fedora, or you need to reconfigure grub-pc in Debian to reinstall it to the MBR and take back control of the MBR from Fedora.

i have the same problem.
i have ubuntu 11.04, debian 6, win 7 and i have recently installed fedora 15 and like in your case it sees only win7. than
i got onto fedora and mounted my debian partiton, maked it root and run grub-install. but this think only made the grub see debian, ubuntu and win7 again letting fedora out.
i tried what you have said. not exactly because i did not under stand what supergrub2 CD should be, but anyway i got on debian and tried os-prober and the command is invalid.
