When I want create a data project the k3b said that's no device to record. The k3b don't identify the cd record drive. Why? If I do cdrecord -scanbus the output is

I had a problem where my DVD burner was the second cdrom/dvd drive in the system, it would see the first and not the second it turned out that the DVD did not have the correct permissions for access as normal user. Now all I did was manually change the permissions to match my CD burner's and it worked fine, you can also do this in the K3B setup.
