Installation problem on HP Pavillion dv6325us

Hi,

I'm trying to install fedora 9 on my laptop hp pavillion dv6325us but it always hangs.

First, it boots with the installation dvd, on the first screen i choose "Install or upgrading an existing system" and in the next screen it shows : "loading vmlinuz........" and simply hangs.

I have already had problem installing other distros, but i have solved it appending the option "noapic" to the boot process. I believe it isn't the problem here.

Have you ever had such a problem ?

Thanks in advance.
