just download them change each one (or batch replace the original files if that's more suitable.... changing the icons used is normally just the same as windaz.. right click, prooperties... yada yada yada. icons normally live in /usr/share/icons or a similar global location.
Download any you want (or download the whole tarball from the link), store them somewhere, and change the icons on your shortcuts (right-click any shortcut or panel link and choose "Properties") to point to the icon you want instead of the one in use.
I use Gentoo, and I'd have to do it that way as well, since these are "loose" icons, not part of any application or installable package.
