HELP: can't find Bugzilla to report crashes

I never can find Fedora's Bugzilla. Anyway, my KDevelop still keeps on crashing. It crashed with Fedora Core 3 KDevelop. I did a complete uninstall of KDE (everything including KDE Development suite). Then I used Synaptics to install the latest version of KDE suite and KDE Development suite. I still get the same KDevelop crash. It happens when you leave KDevelop open when you log out of session. All other applications are find, just KDevelop problem.

Below is the crash log:

Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/libthread_db.so.1".
`shared object read from target memory' has disappeared; keeping its symbols.
[Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled]

https://bugzilla.redhat.com . Click "new"

Although you might first want to poke around kde.org to see if someone else has encountered your problem. http://bugs.kde.org
