grub

hi guys,
i have FC10, and have loss my grub because a windows 7 instalation (other partition).

I am trying to re-install the grub version 0.97, so i used:

FC10 DVD install + repair a system

then:

Code:

chroot /mnt/sysimage
grub

but i got:

unknown partition table signature.

so i can not make any grub command:

grub> find /boot/grub/stage1
error 15: file not found

please some ideas ...

Try this so we can see the disk sig

i re-installed grub:

Code:

chroot /mnt/sysimage
grub-install /dev/sda

and every thing works fine know ... thank you guys

Glad you got it sorted - that disk sig is certainly as expected.
