fglrx module upgrade


well i updated via yumex yesterday night and now everything is messe dup. The newer fglrx modules destroyed, i couldnt even load.. but then i re-installed older Xorg version and fglrx modules, but now i can't seme to get the same FPS i was receiving in CS... steam...

Direct rendering is working.. etc.. anyway what can i do any tips?
I'm using Fc5, 64 bit.. ATI drivers/card

Sounds like you need the drivers from http://rpm.livna.org....go to that site, and it tells you how to get and use their new ati drivers that it provides.

I did all that, i even got the older drivers working somewhat, i got them to say, direct rendering yes

[root@box lib]# glxinfo
name of display: :0.0
display: :0 screen: 0
direct rendering: Yes
server glx vendor string: SGI
server glx version string: 1.2
server glx extensions:

so now, maybe i need to link some libarries or what Im lost
I'm not receiving the FPs i was receiving before i did this upgrade crap.. lol
It's not working now, i get 4 Fp's now... i think something is messed up :S:S
