Fedora 8 dvd download stopping at 2GB

Hello. i am running win xp sp2(installed on a ntfs drive). I am trying to download Fedora 8 DVD which is 3.2 GB. But when i download using anyway(with download manager or without) the download stops on 2GB. What to do?

Have you tried another mirror?
Example ftp://ftp.surfnet.nl/pub/os/Linux/di...dora/i386/iso/
I downloaded with torrent it went amazingly fast: 1MByte+ on a 10-10/Mbit line and it has a checksum so downloads are always ok.

Where are you downloading it to? Is the disk full?

Yes! Use a BitTorrent client! Absolutely no need to worry about a failed download. Continuing an http or ftp download doesn't always work, even with a download manager. Even if the torrent stops abruptly for whatever reason, you haven't wasted the past several hours, just continue where you left off. I personally suggest torrents (if available) for anything over 100mb.
