FC6 has lack of modprobe
Mandriva was giving me MAJOR config troubles, so I format and install FC6. When I go to install my winmodem, the drivers compile, but make exits saying that modprobe, insmod, rmmod, and some other module tool are not installed. I am using the Xen kernel.
