FC12: Everything was on the taskbar yesterday, but today it's in Alt-tab mode?

Yesterday, everything I opened in FC12 appears on the taskbar, but today it's become invisible and I can't get access to them unless I use Alt-tab?! Thanks.

PS Also, after a while, the desktop icons also disappears.
