DCOPserver not running

When I boot FC3 I get an error message that says DCOPserver is not running.
I can boot to Gnome but not KDE and my primary printer does not function nor can I access my windows xp drive/files. I can see them, just cant access them.

How do I reinstall my DCOPserver ?
Thanks
