computer stays for five minutes at boot! (setting up local disks)

Hi!

When I boot my computer stays at "setting up local disks" for 5-10 minutes before it continues to boot? What can the problem be?

Besides the SATA disk on which I have linux, I have a raid card installed and two other disks connected to this. But Linux isn't configured to use it. It's for my windows partition.

Thanks!

No problems with installing fedora, but when i try to boot in linux it hangs on "setting up local disks".

Some (fast) help would be really appreciated.
