Can't install Fedora 22

I'm using the Fedora 22 KDE Desktop spin from Fedora. I've tried dual booting and installing onto a single drive and I get the same error. I partition - automatically and manuualy - and start the installation process. At the end it says:

failed to set new efi boot target. This is most likely a kernel or firmware bug.

So, I get the same error no matter what I do. I've used the Windows EFI partition and I've created a new on on the Linux drive and formatted it EFI in the installer.

What could possibly be the problem??

Fedora 22 & Windows 7.

Last night I booted into the Fedora live cd and blew away the drives and created gpt partition tables on both of them. Then I isolated each drive and successfully installed Windows 7 on one and Fedora 22 on the other. They both boot and run fine independently of one another.

So now I have two concurrent installations - but I have to choose which drive I want in the bios.

Ok, at least I've gotten this far. Is there a way for me to get grub2 to see the windows install?

Please post the partition layout of the drive.
