[solved] [Fedora 11] Stale File Handle

Hi,

I've got a problem while accessing the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0 file, CLI's throwing: "Stale File Handle" - there's no access to this file. Problem is the same regardless wlan0 interface is up or down. How to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance for any tips.
P.S.Sorry for my poor English skills.

You could try (as root)
Code:
service nfs stop
followed by
Code:
service nfs start
Or I've read that running fsck on the affected drive sometimes resolves it. Make sure you unmount the drive first.

Ok, I've tried restarting nfs services but it hasn't brought any results. Still, there's no access to file ifcfg-wlan0. Any tries (eg. changing access permissions or hardlink creation to this file) end with "Stale File Handle". Wlan0 is the main network interface. There are no problems accessing any other file in location /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts. Any ideas how to solve it?

Edit: fsck solved the problem by deleting this file (/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-wlan0), but after touch ifcfg-wlan0 and configuring it everything works fine, at least it looks like. Thanks for advice
