where is rc.inet1.conf in debian?

With slackware I added

Code:
DHCP_KEEPRESOLV[0]="yes"
in my /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf and I must do the same with debian, but I have rc0.d, rc1.d, rc2.d, rc4.d, rc5.d, rc6.d and rcS.d...where can I find the rc.inet1.conf file?

In Debian it is /etc/network/interfaces

You need to type

Code:
iface eth0 inet dhcp
The exact setting for "keep resolve" I don't know in Debian.

See "man interfaces" for more info on that file.
