Unhappy Where can I download Debian 4.0r6 in compressed format rather than ISO?

Hi,
I have a limited bandwidth and I want to download all 4 DVDs of debian 4.0r6 in a compressed format (something like bzip2, tar, ...) that contains the ISO files?

Any site that distributes debian in this way? or Any suggestions?

The packages on the discs are already compressed.
( A Debian package is mainly a 'tar.gz' archived
in an 'ar' archive.)

Suggest : Buy a DVD set, Debian 4.0r6, example Distrowatch

http://www.linuxcd.org/view_distro.p...ef=distrowatch
....
