Wheezy has become
stable already (a couple of weeks ago, if I'm not wrong). So, yes, if you want to use
testing, you need to change the "wheezy" instances to "testing" or "jessie", which is the codename for the current testing release (I'd suggest to use "testing" instead, in case you want to always stay in the testing branch).
I'm not sure about the security repository, since I use Sid, but I think you still need it. (Check
this link for more information). Also, I think the last two lines are not needed (you can comment them out and keep them for a while, just in case).
After you edit your sources.list, execute:

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get dist-upgrade
Be careful with the last command since it could attempt to remove important packages.
