systemd-modules-load fail in Debian 8 KVM VPS

So, in short I'm rebuilding vps distro Debian 8.
After installed I did
Code:
apt-update;apt-upgrade
Anyhow,I got failed module load ,found this when iptables-persistent pkg has error, set aside regarding the iptables-persistent thing,
Here's what I can provide
Code:
# systemctl --failed
  UNIT LOAD ACTIVE SUB DESCRIPTION
● systemd-modules-load.service loaded failed failed Load Kernel Modules

LOAD = Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded.
ACTIVE = The high-level unit activation state, i.e. generalization of SUB.
SUB = The low-level unit activation state, values depend on unit type.

1 loaded units listed. Pass --all to see loaded but inactive units, too.
To show all installed unit files use 'systemctl list-unit-files'.
Code:
#systemctl status systemd-modules-load
systemd-modules-load.service - Load Kernel Modules
   Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/systemd-modules-load.service; static)
   Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Sun 2017-08-27 17:18:18 +07; 55min ago
     Docs: man:systemd-modules-load.service(8)
           man:modules-load.d(5)
  Process: 164 ExecStart=/lib/systemd/systemd-modules-load (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
 Main PID: 164 (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)
Code:
# journalctl _PID=164
-- Logs begin at Sun 2017-08-27 17:18:18 +07, end at Sun 2017-08-27 18:17:01 +07. --
Aug 27 17:18:18 dimsum systemd-modules-load[164]: Inserted module 'loop'
Aug 27 17:18:18 dimsum systemd-modules-load[164]: Failed to find module 'acpiphp'
How to fix this?
provided this is a KVM vm, I may not be able to access full control of the OS.

Why Debian 8 and not 9?

This may help:

[SOLVED] removing virtualbox-guest-dkms.
(from a quick search)?
