strange aptitude error message

I get the same error whenever I try to use aptitude install. I get a similar error whenever I try to use apt-get install. It does not matter what I try to install, the error is always with cupsys.

Aptitude install usually works, I just don't like the errors.

Code:
Errors were encountered while processing:
 cupsys
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
A package failed to install. Trying to recover:
Setting up cupsys (1.3.0-2) ...

ln: creating hard link `/usr/lib/cups/backend/ipp' to `/usr/lib/cups/backend-available/ipp': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing cupsys (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 cupsys

Did you install and/or remove cupsys? Install it and try again. You may have to use the -f option. Otherwise, start aptitude interactively and have it present you the possible solutions.
