Question Something like "InSSIDer"

Hey all.

I know of Metageek's inSSiDer program to visualize the signal strength of the local Wi-Fi's.

But it is alpha software for Linux.

Isn't the anything better for Debian - and with GUI, please.

Of course a good non-GUI software if no good gui software is available.

Just to make sure, that i am using the best channel.

Best regards

Stardustdk

If you are looking to do any kind of WiFi scanning or analysis under Linux, you want to use Kismet.
