slurm (kernel 3.0.0 to 3.1.1) on Debian wheezy cluster

System
Debian wheezy (current as of Nov25 2011) cluster by slurm.

Recently upgraded kernel 3.0.0 -> 3.1.1 (make oldconfig, so that not much change).

Problem
srun fails, error message is "Requested partition configuration not available now."

TroubleShoot
slurmctld says that
Node penguin## has low real_memory size (3942 < 3948)
So that slurm.conf needs to be adjusted as accordingly.

Closing Remark
Happy Penguins!
