php5 and libtidy-dev

I am installing php5 on my server the "debian way" and a dependency is libtidy-dev. When I run apt-get install libtidy-dev I get "E: Couldn't find package libtidy-dev." I've tried changing my sources.list file, but I haven't come up with an entry that can find this program. Any ideas?

I am a bit of a newbie at this... I am trying to find php5 to download. What would the command be? I tried "apt-get install php5" but nothing...

Since php5 is still in cgi mode, debian doesn't insert this package in the repository (it's unsecure if i well understood).
So you won't find it now.

I don't know if it's the real reason, but it seems like a official one (i think i've read it on the debian-list)

BTW, if there is a solution to install php4 and php5, i'd be glad to hear it! maybe there is one, i just don't try it yet...
