No sound after dist-upgrade (Unstable)

Did a dist-upgrade yesterday, and on boot I get the following error message:

Code:
Error while initializing the sound driver:
device /dev/dsp can't be opened (No such device)
The sound server will continue, using the null output device.
I can't remember all the packages that were upgraded (there were only about 7 or 8), but alsa-base was one of them. So I figured I would revert alsa-base from 1.0.10-3 back to 1.0.10-1, but this didn't fix the problem.

Any ideas?

Alsaconf can't find my soundcard (which is onboard):

"No supported PnP or PCI card found."
