I just upgraded my FDC3 LAMP server because it got borked some-how, anyway, it operates in a Smoothwall DMZ and never had a problem before upgrading.
After three or four install attempts I got to looking around at the networking tools and config and noticed my domain name was listed as
name.name.dyndns.org instead of the old way name.dyndns.org
so after changing .etc/hosts in the DMZ to reflect the double name thing things started working again. Hope it helps.
