Hello,
I have two network interface
one with fixed ip 192.168.1.120 just linked to a specialised card.
one othe to go to local network and internet (dhcp)
I can ping google.com but not local machine.
Why ?
Check your route table to ensure that only traffic for the specialised card / host goes out over that card.
As you've not really provided much information, at a guess your LAN is also 192.168.1.X but you've routes that are pointing LAN traffic at the card that has 192.168.1.120
