On your machine:

apt-get install debootstrap
mkdir /target
Use an SD, fdisk and format it
Add a fat and a ext4
to ext4 with mkfs.ext4 /dev/sdX2
mount it to /target

debootstrap --arch armel --foreign wheezy /target http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/
Bring the kernel and /lib/modules.
On the Raspberry PI and now on the rapberry mount the SD to /media/sdcard

chroot /media/sdcard
deboostrap --second-stage
you can use:

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main
You can make the raspberry boot with the boot files/config:
bring the files of the mmcblk0p1 to the first booting partition
Make sure to check the password (check too /etc/shadow)
