Installing on AMD64

This is prove my utter newbishness, but can someone point me to the ISO image of Debian install CD or DVD for a clean install on an AMD64? I have crawled around the Debian site, and have been confused about their installer, and haven't found a very helpful HOWTO. Thanks so much.

Ok, I have another question - I downloaded the images of the DVD's, but it only downloads 2gigs of each iso. I tried downloading again, and had the same problem. Am I doing something wrong?

Just use the net install. Its a lot easier than downloading a bunch of packages you'll never use.

If you are using FAT32, you can't download DVD isos because FAT32 cannot handle files larger than 4GB. Also, check if you have enough disk space. If you want DVD isos you will have to use NTFS or linux (actually, I don't know the max file size in Ext2/3, Reiserfs or anythong else, but i suspect that it is >4GB)

I certainly agree w/this. Later on you can choose whatever packages you want. And the process of generating an iso cd was quite simple for me; although I admit that I used Nero to do it...
