sure
I was exactly doing what the debian insytall guide direct
http://www.debian.org/releases/stabl...h04s04.html.en
only change the directory
from
/boot/newinstall/
to
/boot/new/
Obviously,we are going into the new kernel and ramdisk
launching the installer
then at some step
the installer start iso-scan to find my iso image
I put the debian-501-i386-netinst.iso
in that /boot/new
SO as I described in the previous question
in syslog it said something wrong
in installer process
It tell me it cannot find the iso.
I am sure it not because the bad of the iso.
I've tried this way in another computer
