GPG Error- adding public keys?

Hello,

I used to know how to do this but seem to have forgotten. When I do an aptitude update I get this:

W: GPG error: http://www.debian-multimedia.org etch Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 07DC563D1F41B907

I seem to remember adding the key to a local file but don't quite remember...

I went online but didn't find the help I need. Can someone please jog my memory?
