I have installed Debian wheezy recently and I had problems connecting to only my WIFI network. It detects all my neighbors' networks and I am even able to connect to all of those networks(I am connected to my house owner's network right now). I am not able to figure out the problem.I have tried all the network managers like network-manager-gnome,wicd etc., Please help me.

Then you have testing not Wheezy.
Realistically if you see other networks but not your own the issue most probably isn't with your Debian install but rather with your WiFi network or you have accidentally broken your install in the change to Testing (can happen) if it was working before you changed to testing.
How did you install Debian?
How is your network setup?
Do you have other machines that see your network?
Right click on the network icon, you will probably see "Edit Connections" as an option if you do click on it.
Now go to the Wireless tab and see what is listed, if your network isn't listed click on "Add" and fill in the details of your network. Reboot, if needed, and see if your network is there.
I did that before and I couldn't see my network. I have a wpa2 enabled wireless network. And yes, I have other systems detecting and using the same wifi network. I installed debian with the help of a Cd drive and installed other stuff with the help of neighbour's wireless network. I am planning to reinstall debian testing. How should I install? Do I have to download from official site again?

Did you add your network to the list? If it is not there you will need to, as I mentioned above, physically put the details in. I've had to do that for my own wifi on one particular installation but not on others.
I'm not willing to help you use your neighbours bandwidth. If you have a machine that can see your network then use it to download DVD1, using your neighbours bandwidth without their permission is theft.
