Debian: No boot From USB stick on Toshiba Satellite C855

Hello,
I wanted to install Debian (10.1.0 AMD64 XFCE)on a Toshiba Satellite C855 with Windows 10 installed, but the installation routine doesn't start from the USB stick. You can see my BIOS settings on the images. Is there anything wrong with them? Thanks for any help.

They look OK to me. You have disabled secure boot, which is good. If you can find "fast boot", disable that too. I googled the "legacy usb" thing and it apparently refers to usb input devices, not drives, but it can sometimes cause trouble.

If your keyboard does not work in the bootloader menu, consult your mainboard manual and look in the BIOS for “Legacy keyboard emulation” or “USB keyboard support” options. ]
What exactly happens when you try to boot? At what point does it fail? What ought to happen is that GRUB should come up and give you a menu. You should be able to choose an option with your keyboard. At what point does it go pear-shaped?

There's a good installation guide here which contains a lot of suggestions for troubleshooting installation problems.

Thank you. The computer boots Windows 10 from the hard disk and completely ignores the OS on the USB stick. GRUB doesn't show up.

Yes, I disabled USB legacy, but it didn't help. I used Unetbootin and Universal USB Installer to put Debian on the stick.

Did you check your image with MD5 to ensure it didn't get corrupted during the download?
