Debian and e17 distribution: refracta

Side by side with my Debian-Sid install i use a distro called
refracta
for a while now.
For me it works very well.
It's based on Debian-Lenny, comes with e17 and applications which are low on resources.
It comes with an installer you may use from the live-CD menu and a tool called remixer (which will create a installable copy of your installation. Very cool).
Its creator (developer is the term?) is a user from forums.debian.net.
Not sure why he doesn't post to it here, so i do ( i looooove e17 and i love low-resources applications, minimal setups, etc).
All is as far i know (i only use it, but don't think much about the "in and out". Don't ask me for more: try it or try it not, i can't tell more than i already did).

greetings and have fun

Now that sounds like a seriously good idea. I take it that you can add Lenny repos for things that aren't in refracta's own?

It allready comes with Debian-Lenny-repos.
They are to be found under /etc/apt/sources.list.d/refracta (or similar).
As it is in a steady move i am not sure if it comes with unfree/contrib enabled by default.
I think it doesn't come with the enlightenment-repos enable or added by default.

As far i know the only Debian/e17 OS out there is Elive (which ain't bad, au contraire, but not exactly minimal). I seem to remember that you, linus72, added e17 to one of your builds too (?).

If one runs into minor issues the link to the forum should be of help ( i for myself am much of a beginner, i got ideas and that, but little knowledge when it comes to "i know for sure"). Kinda work in progress (as far i understand).
