.deb package with .NET Core GUI application

Hello, I have a GUI application developed with gtksharp and I have created a .deb package for install on Debian.
The package install the directory to /usr/share/app-name then a postinst script create a link from /usr/share/app-name/app-exe to /usr/bin/app-exe.
But when I click the menu launcher, does not work, but if I type app-exe on terminal works.
This is the .desktop file:

Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=app-name
Version=1.0
Exec=/usr/bin/app-exe
Type=Application
Terminal=false
StartupNotify=true
Encoding=UTF-8
I'm doing something wrong?

Try it without the encoding line. Also, what desktop environment/window manager is this?
