Almost certainly not (without recompiling Nautilus). But you mind find a plugin for Nautilus that does what you want better.

What is it that you dislike about Nautilus file copy?

Or you could just use Dolphin as the default. It's a pretty good file manager.

Since it's not working as it should, you really want to fix it rather than find an alternative. I don't recall problems like this when I last used Nautilus.

What distro and version are you on? Are you fully updated?
Is this only with large files, networked files, etc, or is it every copy?
If you copy at the command line does it complete properly?

Or - again - why not just use Dolphin for everything?
