Technically, No. An audio CD doesn't have a file system so you can't mount it. Your file browser may have a plugin allowing you to (seemingly) browse an audio CD and pull pseudo files from them. KDE's konqueror web browser for example will show files of various types, mp3, ogg, iso, ogg album, etc. When you drag and drop the file to your hard drive, it starts the conversion process for that track to the file type you selected. Other file managers may work similarly.
