Automatic backup of specified directories?

How can I automatically backup certain directories within my www folder? And also automatically backup a mysql database? Also, would it be possible to have the backup sent to another computer?

Thanks In Advance

i'd suggest you'd want to look at using webmin to configure this all for you. ultimately it'd be a simple cron job to use tar to compress a directory to a tar.gz (for example) and then use scp to move it. alternatively you could use rsync to make a remote directory look the same as a local one... but for you i'd recommend getting webmin to write these jobs for you, and then go back and see what it did if you want to.

Ok, thanks, where in webmin would I find this though? I looked through all the webmin configuration, and through teh things in servers, but I can't find the tar thing there. Also in mySQL in the server category, theres a button to back up databases, and it says "Click this button to setup the backup of all MySQL databases, either immediately or on a configured schedule." but when I click it there are no options to tell it when to backup, only a nother backup now button, and then I can chose the folder to back up to.

Thanks For The Help
