My /etc/apt/sources.list line for the marillat repo looks like this:

deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ etch main

I use Debian testing (etch). To see the other available dists, point your web browser to this page: ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/dists/

hi, thanx for your reply,
The line for the marillat repo in My /etc/apt/sources.list is as the same as yours ( i use etch too)
but , when i "apt-cache search" for mythtv , theres no such package .
mythtv is located @ ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/pool/main/m/

al.

Yes, you appear to be quite correct. I only found mythtv packages listed in marillat's "sid" repo: ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/...-i386/Packages

I don't think there'll be any trouble if you change "etch" to "sid" in the marillat entry of your sources.list, even if you actually run etch. I've installed several packages from Debian unstable to my testing system and never had problems. Mixing a stable system with testing or unstable packages could be much more troublesome, though.

marillat from the horses mouth so to speak.. all the repository entries are at the bottom of the page..

http://debian.video.free.fr/

Also if you start getting signature errors (you don't have the key for marillat installed.. ) heres the info from his FAQ

Quote:
Here is my fingerprint :
1D7F C53F 80F8 52C1 88F4 ED0B 07DC 563D 1F41 B907

To import my key from a GPG server :
gpg --keyserver hkp://wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv-keys 1F41B907

With apt-get >= 0.6 do the following (sudo is needed) :
gpg --armor --export 1F41B907 | sudo apt-key add -

If you don't use sudo, do the following under root :
gpg --armor --export 1F41B907 | apt-key add -
