dsl extension


I can't seem to find how to install a package with dsl extension.
I want to install tcl/tk on dsl.

There are 2 versions of tcl/tk in mydsl...a *.dsl of 8.3 and a *.uci of 8.4

There are at least 3 ways to install myDSL extensions
