Any DSL grub splashimages? Where can I find one?

if any knows of any or how to make one
I'd appreciate it.

assuming it is using grub legacy try
http://www.sidux.com/index.php?modul...ka&tag=Gfxmenu
shows how to use cpios and assumes you have the gfxmenu command in grub

assuming it is using grub2 try
http://www.sidux.com/index.php?modul...tag=Grub2Intro
has bits on 8bit modding using png tga or jpegs and of course running update-grub
