IPV4_FAILURE_FATAL=yes


I create a windows domain in VirtualMachine.Now I install a CentOs 6.4 and I want to jion it to my domain.But at the first my CentOs must has DHCP Ip Address but I have IPV4_FAILURE_FATAL=yes and Ip do not assign.Beside I just enable IPV4 . What should I do?

Since you are building a virtual environment, it's not likely you did that first so the easiest solution would be to assign IP address until you get a DHCP server running on the segment.

Not sure where you're reading that from but that more likely means failure to have access to the IP4 network is fatal to the process that message is attached to, not kill the IPV4 process.

From a command terminal on the instance, type in ifconfig -a and post the result.

I have a DHCP Server,And assigns ip to clients domain.

That's the configuration file for the interface
NAME="System eth0"
Good ol' eth0...
When you tell the machine to configure the base ethernet port (eth0) it reads those values and builds it accordingly.
It's a configuration file, not a diagnostic output.
