Some people don't actually understand that everyone here uses their spare time and not actually paid. I have seen double posts around saying "HEY!!! nobody here knows nothing for this?Come on 19 reads people, DO something! Help me plix plox!"
What can you think of that person that is posting this and are you really going to give your time for him/her?
Maybe if someone wanted a 6hr call to repair support or 2hr response should make a contract with a company that sells this kind of support.Here, we are all people giving our spare time because we like linux and feel a part of this community, nobody's paid...
So, what if someone never replied? maybe the ones that knew of ex. networking were at their jobs or not online. Maybe you didn't post enough info, or even most commonly you didn't search enough for the answer that is already at the forums or at a tutorial maybe.
Next time please people.. think of all the possibilities and then CLAIM for your support.
