How to access Linux drive in windows using samba.

i,

i installed VMware player on WinXP , now i am running fedora 8 image using vmware player.
I want to access linux drives in windows so that i can map these linux derive in windows using map network drive.
How to enable samba , what are the steps for this please let me know.
I do not know how to use samba?

After installing vmware i can see two network connection named "vmware Network adapter".

Timely help would be appreciated....
