Next month's episode will be our #030th. We will likely be trying something new -- evaluating the same (sort of) distro from the eyes of a noobie-like desktop user AND from the eyes of a skilled tech. Our testbed baby will be Gecko Linux -- I will be doing STATIC Budgie, and Dale will be doing ROLLING with a different desktop.
We have grown to where, according to archive dot org, we are getting close to 1000 downloads per episode. We are not at all sure how complete this data is, and I'm trying to get Feedburner data from Tony Hughes. We were not expecting so many people to pay attention to our little podcast, seeing as how it is a niche of a niche of a niche podcast.
